MATERIAL: Artwork comes on a titanium primed, genuine archival artist's canvas (not paper based), which reproduces colours and details with excellent quality.
DIMENSIONS: Standard sized art prints are 11in by 8.5in. Image size is slightly smaller due a border running around the picture (this may vary due to the shape of the print - for example, squarer prints will have a larger border top and bottom, whereas the typical rectangular sized poster will have a regular and smaller border edge). Larger Editions come on canvas sized 16.5in by 11.75in, again with a minimal border.
FRAMING: We offer the artwork with or without frame (the optional Mahogany and Gold frame can be selected by clicking on the checkbox beneath the option to purchase a specific piece of art). Please see the photograph to the left illustrating the optional frame being offered with Egon Schiele Artwork. It is shown with two specific Egon Schiele paintings for illustrative purposes only - we will however supply your specific artwork purchase(s) with the same frame. The frame is British made, poly core, in a Mahogany and gold colour, fitted with glass.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Payment
Currently payment is accepted through Paypal. Whilst prices are shown
in British pound sterling; currency will be converted to your domestic
currency and prices shown during the checkout process. We are business
registered and a verified paypal account holder with thousands of sucessful
transactions behind us. Paypal allows secure online credit card (or bank
funded) payment all conducted securely through the paypal website (none
of your details are shown or stored with ourselves - only your address,
email and payment details for sending goods to you). At a later date we
will be offering other methods of credit card payment.
For UK residents, cheques in pound sterling can be accepted.
Framing
If buying more prints than frames, please use the special notes
section of the checkout process to let us know which print(s) you would
like framing. If there is no preference specified we will use our descretion
to frame prints from your order - it is a simple matter to relocate a
print to a new frame.
Shipping
During the checkout process you will need to select your geographical
location which will add the correct shipping amounts to your order. If
an order is made with the incorrect location selected we will need to
obtain the difference in shipping costs before sending goods.
UK post is sent recorded, and overseas post is sent via airmail.
PLEASE NOTE FOR OVERSEAS SHIPMENT: Orders that exceed
2kg require sending via a courier (Parcel Force), and require a shipping
quote before we can send due to the rising cost of sending items. This
only generally applies if ordering 2 or more of the larger framed prints,
or 3 of the smaller. If you are placing an order for more than one framed
print, please contact us first for a shipping quote via a courier. If
a heavy order, for framed prints is placed, we may need to invoice extra
for the shipping costs before dispatch. Any customer who is not happy
to pay the additional shipping on multiple framed items will be refunded.
Goods will be dispatched within 3-4 working days, if not
sooner.
Overseas delivery times can vary due to a number of factors. Shipment
to the EU typically takes around 7 working days from the date of postage,
and to the US/Canada and other World Zones, it is on average 12 working
days, but we ask that you allow up to 28 days.
Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,
please contact us before returning goods within 7 working days of receipt,
and goods may be returned to us. Please ensure goods are securely packaged
as we can only accept returns that are in perfect condition (preferably
within the original packaging), and send recorded delivery. You will be
refunded for the value of goods (less cost of postage) within one calendar
month of receipt of the returned goods.
In the unlikely event that goods are received damaged, please contact
us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement, however it is likely
we will require damaged goods to be returned so the damage can be presented
to the carrier as proof. If we have not heard from the customer within
5 days of the receipt of goods been recieved, we will have deemed that
the goods have been accepted.
Please note
Variations in different brands of monitors can subtly alter tones
and shades depending on individual monitor calibration.
