Terms and Conditions

During the checkout process you will need to select your correct country (for countries outside the EU, please select the Non-EU option) and geographical location for postage, which will then add the correct shipping amounts to your order. If an order is made with the incorrect settings we will need to obtain the difference in shipping costs before sending goods.

For any customers wishing to place larger orders above £200, please contact us first as we require payment to be made either by bank transfer or cheque. We may also be able to arrange a discount for you.

Goods will be dispatched within 3-4 working days, if not before, and as soon as payment has been received and cleared (if paying by cheque or transfer). Overseas delivery times can vary due to a number of factors. We are based in the city of Paris, and dispatch all goods from Paris, France. Shipment to the UK and Europe typically takes between 4-8 working days from the date of postage, and to the US/Canada and other World Zones, it is on average 9-14 working days, but we ask that you please allow up to 28 days.

Please contact us before returning goods within 7 working days of receipt, and goods may be returned to us providing any seal is still in tact, and items are returned in the condition as sent. You will be refunded for the value of goods (less cost of postage) within one calendar month of receipt of the returned goods. Please note the buyer is responsible for the return of goods.
In the unlikely event that goods are received damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement, however it is likely we will require damaged goods to be returned so the damage can be presented to the carrier as proof. If we have not heard from the customer within 7 working days of the receipt of goods, we will have deemed that the goods have been accepted.

Variations in different brands of monitors can subtly alter tones and shades depending on individual monitor calibration and/or the browser pages are viewed on. Canvases do not come with frame. We no longer supply frames, partly due to the weight significantly adding to shipping costs, and because glass cannot be insured for long distance courier shipping. We also find frame choice is highly personal and that the vast majority of customers do prefer to choose their own from local sources.
